2026 RESIDENT  SURVEY QUESTIONNAIRE

The existing three-year Settlement Agreement between Cove and the Homeowners expires at the end of 2025.

Therefore, the HOA has appointed a Negotiating Committee to represent all residents in an attempt to negotiate a new three-year agreement addressing rent adjustments and important residents’ concerns.

To help ensure that the most important items are addressed, the Committee very strongly urges that you complete a survey currently available on the HOA’s Website.  You may click on the below link or go directly to the website and look for the 2026 Survey Tab.  If you are not able to complete the survey electronically, we will have paper copies in the Clubhouse Library.  Please complete the survey by Midnight 22 July 2025.
